Since my day job consists of helping individuals with pain and dysfunction using what I learned through becoming a Certified Precision Neuromuscular Therapist (CPNMT), I decided it would probably behoove me to add another blog, aside from the Photography blog I started in late July 2011.
I don’t claim to be an expert in the field, but my goal here is to educate people on muscular imbalances and how they can negatively influence our muscular-skeletal system. Oftentimes, these imbalances can cause conditions that are easily treatable, in a non-invasive manner.
This modality of medical massage has been around for a very long time, but many people still aren’t aware of it; many of my client’s stating that they wish they knew about me and what I do years ago, which is why I think it’s important for me to talk–and write–more about it.
There are many ideals out there on “what” causes “what” and the best way to treat “this” and “that”, but taking my own experience with low back pain and treatments into account, I can honestly say that PNMT is very powerful and has helped me tremendously. I thoroughly love my job and hope that I can shed some light on the subject, which will hopefully in turn help others out there to become pain-free!
Please note that because it takes me forever and a year to write something, I will most likely only post information once a week. For me, quality is better than quantity. 🙂

I hope each and every one of you will find this information to be informative!
